How secure is my credit card?
Tommy Hilfiger aims to provide you with a safe and convenient online shopping experience, and understands your concerns with using your credit card to make purchases. We use industry standard SSL encryption technology to insure that your credit cared information is protected during a transaction. To check the security of your connection, view the lower corner of your browser window as you place your order. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".
What credit cards do you accept?
Tommy Hilfiger accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. At this time, unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks, money orders, gift cards or any other form of payment.
Why are there charges on my credit card but I haven't made a purchase?
These are actually not charges, but are simply "holds," and are applied whenever someone shops on the Internet. They occur when customers who are placing an order enter their credit card information in full. The dollar amount for the items in your shopping cart is "confirmed" and "held" so that you can successfully complete your purchase. If the purchase isn't completed, the "hold" is automatically removed by your financial institution after about 3 days.
How long will it take to get my order?
Tommy Hilfiger usually ships orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery will be between 3-4 business days for the Standard shipping option, or 1-2 business days for the Express shipping option. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
Can I place my order on the phone?
We would be happy to process your order via telephone. Please call 1-888-TOMMY4U (866-6948) and a customer service representative will process your order. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to serve you.
What do I do if I lost my password?
If you do not remember your password, click on Forgot Your Password?. We will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email reset instructions to a different email address than the one used to register.
What is the difference between a shipping and a billing address?
Your shipping address is where you would like us to deliver your order. Your billing address is the same address as that of the credit card you used to place your order.
If I send a gift, will the recipient see the invoice?
No, whenever you select the gift box option and the shipping address is different from the billing address, your gift recipient will receive an invoice that lists the items, but not their prices, and which can be used to return or exchange merchandise.
Why didn't I receive an email confirmation after ordering?
An incorrect email address may have been entered. Please call 1-888-TOMMY4U (866-6948) with your order confirmation number and we will confirm that your order has been placed.
Why can't I find a product I saw in a Tommy Hilfiger ad on your site?
Unfortunately, the only items we have available are those items displayed on our website. If the item you are looking for is not displayed, it is unavailable at this time. Please check back often to find the latest products available.

Does Tommy produce a catalog?
At this time, Tommy Hilfiger does not produce a printed catalog. You can shop online at Tommy.com because we offer the widest selection of Tommy Hilfiger products available anywhere.
Returns
Can I return something I purchased on your site?
We'll gladly accept returns for any Tommy Hilfiger products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including packaging and tags) within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund, less shipping costs. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product.

If you have misplaced your return form, please include a document with your returned item(s) that includes your full name, email address, order number the name/style number of the item(s) you are returning. If you cannot find your order or style number, you can access this information on the My Account section of this site.

Please tell us why you are returning this item by selecting a return reason code (the codes are to the left of each item listed).
- Put the return merchandise back in its original packaging (poly-bag, box, etc.).
- If using the original packaging isn't possible, please wrap each item in a plastic bag or resealable plastic bag to protect it during shipping.
- Put the return form and merchandise in a sturdy carton or mailing envelope and be sure to seal it well.
- Detach the return label from the front of your invoice form and affix it to the outside of carton or mailing envelope.
- Drop off the package at any local U.S. Post Office location.
May I return an item that I purchased from your site to one of your stores?
No, your website order can only be accepted as a return if it is shipped back to us. Please review the detailed return instructions found within your original shipment order summary to do a return or exchange. Tommy Hilfiger retail stores and Company Stores will be unable to process your returns.
What if I change my mind and want a different style or color after my order is placed?
Once an order is placed at Tommy Hilfiger, you will not be able to make changes. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Tommy Hilfiger watches warrants to the original consumer that his/her watch will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. During this period, the watch movement will be repaired or the watch will be replaced (at the sole discretion of Tommy Hilfiger Watches) free of charge, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
This limited warranty does not cover batteries, straps, gold-plating, scratches, or any other damage arising from normal wear, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than the Tommy Hilfiger Watch Company or its Authorized Service Center. A $9.95 shipping and handling fee will apply for all in-warranty service. The replacement battery charge is $6.00.
Any other warranty provided by another retailer is entirely their responsibility. No person or company is authorized to change the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. He/she may also have other statutory rights which vary from state to state.
Water Resistance
Tommy Hilfiger watches are tested to meet international standards for water resistance. All Tommy Hilfiger watches are water resistant to 30 meters. As long as the crystal, crown and case remain intact, a watch that is water resistant to 30 meters can withstand water pressure to 3 bars -- the equivalent of immersion to a depth of 30 meters below sea level.
Do not press the push-buttons on a chronograph model when the watch is under water, or it will not remain water resistant.
We recommend that you do not get your leather strap wet. Exposing leather to water can cause premature wear and deterioration.

Out of Warranty
The Tommy Hilfiger Watch (THW) Service Center can also perform repairs not covered by the THW warranty as well as service after the expiration of the warranty period. Should your watch require parts or service not covered under the terms of your warranty, a written estimate will be sent for your approval and payment before work is undertaken. The THW Service Center can also change the battery on your Tommy Hilfiger Watch for $6.00 plus shipping and handling. Please use the service request form.
