How do I return a Tommy Hilfiger product that I bought at shoptommy.com?
Following are the instructions for convenient returns of products purchased on shoptommy.com. The first return for each order number will have no cost. Subsequent returns for an individual order may incur shipping and handling charges of $5.95.
Returns must be made within 30 days of your shipment confirmation email.
You can return any item that you've purchased on shoptommy.com within 30 days of shipment by sending it back to us using the return form and pre-paid address label on the invoice/receipt that we included in your shipment. Returns are free if you:
1. Send your returns using the pre-paid address label found on your packing slip
2. Please fill out the “reason code” on the back of your packing slip explaining the dissatisfaction with your returned merchandise. A charge of $5.95 may apply if you fail to fill out the return “reason code” on the back of your packing slip.

Once we receive your return, we'll credit the card used to make the purchase on shoptommy.com Shoptommy.com will process your credit as soon as we receive your item (usually it takes about 10 business days), your credit card will show the credit in one to two billing cycles. Please note that credit will only be made to the credit card used for the original order.
Please note, products purchased through shoptommy.com can not be returned to any department store, Tommy Hilfiger outlet store or Tommy Hilfiger specialty stores.
